Abstract

The 2021 North Padang Lawas Regency Construction Cost Index (IKK) is a price index that describes the level of construction costs for North Padang Lawas Regency compared to the reference city, namely Makassar City. The IKK data for North Padang Lawas Regency for 2021 were obtained from the results of the Construction Expensive Price Survey specifically for building/construction materials, rental of heavy equipment, wages for construction services carried out by North Padang Lawas Regency. The data is calculated based on quarterly price data for July 2020, October 2020, January 2021 and April 2021. The IKK calculation weight chart uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) realization data. The Construction Expensive Index (IKK) is one of the main components used for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU).
