Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results Padang Lawas Utara Regency 2022

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is a public institution that has the duty and responsibility to provide data and information in the field of statistics. BPS always tries to pay attention to the satisfaction and quality of service to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and satisfaction levels of data users through a Data Needs Survey (SKD). SKD has been implemented since 2005 and starting in 2014, SKD implementation has been expanded in scope to district/city BPS. The results of SKD 2022 activities are presented in the form of a publication which contains an analysis of the characteristics of data users, analysis of data needs, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) of the provincial BPS and regency/city BPS.
